A lot has changed at Cater Clean 24 Seven over the past 15 years. From operating just a couple of cleaning teams from our Essex-based office, we have grown into a nationwide business with around a dozen teams working across England, Scotland and Wales. As we’ve grown, so have our capabilities, technology and cleaning methods, allowing us to provide a more efficient and comprehensive kitchen extract cleaning and duct cleaning service.

From Paperwork to Digital Reporting
Fifteen years ago, our reporting process looked very different.
Our cleaning teams would take before-and-after photographs on their mobile phones before physically bringing them back to the office. Our reporting staff would then manually transfer the photographs and cleaning information into individual reports.
Operatives would also return to the office to collect paperwork containing the details of their next scheduled clean.
Today, specialist software has transformed this process. Our teams can record job information, upload photographs and access their schedules digitally, improving communication, reporting efficiency and organisation.
Despite streamlining our processes, our office team has tripled in size, providing the additional operational, scheduling and reporting support needed as our customer base continues to grow.
